Where to cut your own Christmas tree in Atlanta?

My family usually waited to the last minute and went and bought a tree at the nearest location to our house. But my one-time experience of cutting down our own Christmas tree was pretty exciting. They give you a saw and you have at it on the lot to cut your own tree.

Here are the nearest locations to Atlanta where you too can cut down your own Christmas tree this season:

Cobb County

Go west on the Marietta Parkway (also known as the 120 Loop) for 2,9 miles. Turn left on Highway 360 (Powder Springs Street) and go 4,2 miles; Turn right on Macland Road and go 1 mile and look for a stone house on the right; There will be signs marking the entrance to the farm. Open: starting Friday after Thanksgiving, then Monday to Friday 3 pm to 6 pm, Saturday and Sunday 10 am to 6 pm. We are in our 20th season and have hundreds of trees for you to choose from. Our Carolina Sapphire is our latest addition and is truly a gorgeous tree. It is very fragrant and blue-green in color. We have four types of Christmas Trees: Leyland Cypress to 11 feet, Virginia Pine to 7 feet, White Pine to 7 feet, Carolina Sapphire to 10 feet. Our prices run approximately 2007 Prices: approximately $6 per foot, starting at $20. Christmas tree varieties:
