Horror Hill is a haunted house in Newnan, GA that has the unique opportunity to camp overnight and be spooked all night long by their Halloween characters.

Overall rating: B-
Want to know about the haunted house and why it got its rating? Read on…

If you’ve been to Netherworld in Atlanta - the most obvious difference from them to Horror Hill is money. Netherworld must spend a million dollars and Horror Hill $500. But Horror Hill has the unique experience of a hike through the woods and some creepy set-ups.

Horror Hill is composed of four different themed houses. The first one is a quick tour through an old home that has been decorated with demonic surgeries and alot of characters that jump out at you. The second house is a 3D themed clown house - this is actually pretty equal or a little better than Netherworld’s glow in the dark 3D house. The last two houses/ trails are the best. They are trails that take you on maybe a mile hike through the woods with characters from an insane asylum escaping or in the signature Horror Hill walk there are seperate trailers you walk through that replicate famous Halloween characters such as Jason, Freddy, Saw, or Pinhead. I really liked the outdoor bit.

Camping:

If you decide to camp, here’s what to expect..
* Staying up all night, sitting around the bonfire - If you’re over 21 - you’ll def. want to bring alcohol.
* Characters will come around about every 30 minutes to scare you/ interact with you
* Dress warmly, interact with the other campers, and bring friends you like to spend an all nighter with

- I really wish they served a better quality hotdog (may I suggest Nathan’s) and have metal skewers for campers to cook them in the bonfire. And instead of a camping candy goodybag - just provide the makings for smores.

Ticket prices:
All 4 houses: $25 - get a $5 off coupon on their website
Camping: $60 and only nights available are October 25th and November 1st

Need a Halloween Costume on a budget this year - go to Bargain Styling for some ideas.
