Ode to H&M

H&M opens in Atlantic Station June 13
Unless you are fashionably challenged, you’ve probably heard by now that H&M is opening in Atlanta. And it’s about freaking time it comes to this city - now we can be called a city instead of a town.
Now I would like to take the next few sentences and confess my love to H&M.
H&M - “I love you.”
I think we first met in the Soho district of New York City. Such chic and/or casual, trendy and/or classic looks - and all for just a few bucks. Dresses, tops, tees, shoes and accessories — I can hardly wait.
Now a few informative facts if it’s strangely but possibly true you have never been to H&M before:
- The store carries men, women, and children’s clothing (However, the North Point Mall location is only carrying women’s clothing)
- H&M originated in Sweden
- The store is known for carrying stylish clothes at a low ticket price tag. I consider it the IKEA of clothing. Like a really European and bigger version of Old Navy.
Don’t you see why I love it so dearly.
I expect the H&M Atlantic Station to be beyond a mad house when it opens. Expect difficult parking, crowds, and insanely long lines for dressing rooms and cashiers. This is what I hear the North Point Mall store has been like. Since that location is way otp, I plan to hit H&M at less popular times - weekday afternoons/evening or first thing in the morning on the weekends. The store carries a large mercandise level and gets new things in frequently. Popular sizes go fast. It’s not a place you get the luxury to think about it and come back later.
Share your love below…and go shopping!!!
