Six Flags open through Nov. 2 - Cheap tickets online

Six Flags Over Georgia is open only on weekends through Novemeber 2nd.

And they have an online special where EVERYONE can buy a ticket at the kid’s price of $29.99. Only when you buy them online.

For the month of October, Six Flags is known for their Fright Fest. They have spooky characters walking around the park and you never know when one will be hovering over your shoulder or maybe sitting next to you on Ninja.

They also host a spine-tingling haunted house (usually ticket sold seperately) that’s got all the scary tricks in every corner of the home.

The Diary of Anne Frank at The Renaissance Project

The Renaissance Project presents The Diary of Anne Frank. Performances run through Sunday, September 28th.

The Diary of Anne Frank relives the two years from 1942 to 1944 that Anne Frank and seven others hid from the Nazis in sealed-off upper rooms in an Amsterdam building. The play brings to life the experiences and memories of a spirited young Jewish girl during a time of war and grave persecution.

Second City performs at Alliance with some Atlanta actors..

Well known Chicago Improv troupe, Second City, makes an Atlanta inspired production to perform at the Alliance Theater. The production - Too Busy to Hate… To Hard to Commute - opens tomorrow, Friday, September 19 and runs through October 26.

Hamilton Loomis at Blind Willie’s - Thurs. Sept 18th

A young, contemporary Blues artist is Texas native Hamilton Loomis. His mentor and teacher Bo Diddley inspired Loomis to create his own unique style and personality.

Tyler Perry’s “The Family That Preys” Brings in BIG Box Office bucks

Atlanta’s own - Tyler Perry - has a huge new hit movie with “The Family That Preys.” Tyler Perry’s studio and the location for where some of this film was shot is the one and only - A-town.

Opening weekend this movie just made $18 million - slighting behind the top box office movie of last weekend “Burn After Reading” which pulled in $19.4 million.

Dialogue in the Dark: Your Senses Will Never Be the Same

Dialogue in the Dark exhibition uses blind guides to lead visitors in small groups through different settings in total darkness where they learn how to interact without sight by using their other senses, and offers the public an experience that can change mindsets on disability and diversity, and increase tolerance. Over six million visitors from more than 20 countries have experienced the exhibition, giving over 5.000 blind people jobs since its first opening in 1988.

DIALOG IN THE DARK had been presented in 22 counties and in over
130 cities throughout the world, breaking through stereotypes to
promote respect and tolerance in an engaging and lighthearted way.

DIALOG IN THE DARK is a one-hour experience, which lasts a lifetime.
